Why Dimension 3

Our training concept is focused on several dimensions:

• Ground practice It is customary to say that one hour of ground practice is equivalent to ten flights in terms of experience acquired. We place great importance on mastering the wing on the ground, which will allow you to take off safely in all conditions.
• Repetition of in-flight exercises During on-site flights, we focus on perfecting in-flight maneuvers. Pitching, spirals, rear-end steering, and asymmetric collapses will soon hold no more secrets for you.
• Theoretical coaching With us, there is no classroom or Powerpoint, but theoretical explanations always linked your practice.
• Preparation for autonomy Knowing how to perform the exercises for the final exam is one thing, being comfortable with the decision to take off alone from an unknown site is another. We organize days where the participants define the orientation, as if you were going to fly with friends. The instructor is there to supervise, ensure safety, provide content.

Our training site unique in French-speaking Switzerland, is located in the heart of the Vaud Alps.
Protected from the wind, it has a micro-climate that is particularly favorable to paragliding.
It allows both initiation and practice on the ground (school slope) and takeoff for big flights.
When the Villars cable cars are open we go up to the resort and enjoy flying in a more flat environment. Whether in thermal flight in summer or on skis in winter.
